La Stecciaia is the first farm brewery with organic certification in Italy.
It was born in Rapolano Terme, inside the farm Podere del Pereto of Riva Isabella, which has been growing cereals according to the organic method since 1997.
The choice of organic acquires greater value, since it is combined with the production of raw materials within our farm, thus allowing us to take responsibility and control of the entire production chain, starting from the land and its cultivation.
Precisely to symbolize this added value, in 2019 our new logo was born, which, through the footprints left on our land by agricultural machinery, represents the initial stage of our daily commitment to directly and personally control the quality of the entire production process.
