What to do nearby

What do you want in your life? Serenity, balance, will power, inner calm?
The HASHI Method (橋: “bridge” in Japanese language) integrates Western principles of psychophysical well-being with ancient respiratory, meditative and martial techniques of Eastern origin. These exercises aim to re-establish both the synergy between the practitioner and the external environment, and the harmony between the his own instruments: the body, the mind and the “spirit”.
Qi Gong, Kung Fu, Meditation and Pranayama then become Arts at the service of the human being, awakening his perceptions and his inner energies, and leading him progressively to a greater awareness of himself and his latent faculties.
 
THE TEACHER
Roberto Fagnani was born in Siena in 1989, graduating in Economics after having spent a period of study in India, where he also deepened studies in Orientalism and Metaphysics, already started in parallel to the university. He then earned the diplomas of Kung Fu, Qi Gong and Musical Forms instructor, part of the many awards obtained in 18 years of martial arts studies and practices.
Author of the adventure thriller “The Traveler” and the metaphysical essay “Fragments of a lost knowledge”, he strives to spread an ancient wisdom now buried in the sands of time, key to access the identity and self-realization of each individual.

AT BEPLACE CONVENTIONED ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES by prior reservation (AGE: 18+, possibility of bilingual Italian-English lessons).
SIENA, at the Gold Gym gym (on the outdoor terrace), via di Fieravecchia n°9.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. (AGE: 18+, possibility of bilingual Italian - English lessons).
ASCIANO, at the public parks, outdoors (contact for more info)
Mondays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (AGE: 18+, possibility of bilingual Italian - English lesson).
