DAMAGED PRODUCTS, WHAT CAN I DO?
If the products you receive are significantly damaged, take a photo and let us know within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. You can send us an email at info@be-place.it or message us on WhatsApp. We will find the optimal solution together.
If no notification is provided, claims will not be accepted after the specified period.
 
I OPENED THE PACKAGE AND A PRODUCT IS MISSING, WHAT CAN I DO?

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY WINE SMELLS LIKE CORK?
Although it happens very rarely (about 0.5% of bottles), your wine may taste corked. In this case, keep the defective bottle and contact us at info@be-place.it or on WhatsApp.
