HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
After receiving the order, we prepare it within 24-48 hours, and shipping in Italy usually takes an average of 48 hours, while in Europe, it typically requires 3 to 5 days (in this case, it is necessary to privately agree on costs and shipping via email at info@be-place.it).
Orders received from Thursday to Sunday or on a holiday will be processed on the first available working day.

We use BRT, UPS, and SDA for shipping, depending on your location.

Other EU countries after contacting us via email at info@be-place.it to find the best shipping solution.
If your country is not part of the EU, contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we will provide support.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Shipping in Italy starts from €5.00 and takes 2 working days.
The cost for shipping to other EU countries is to be agreed upon privately with the customer via email at info@be-place.it, usually taking 3-5 working days.
DO YOU USE REFRIGERATED TRANSPORT?
No, the products we sell are aged and vacuum-sealed. They do not need to be transported in a refrigerated truck. Temperature does not affect the quality of the products, but sudden temperature changes can deteriorate their quality.
HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCTS?
All products in our BePlace Boxes are packaged using exclusively cardboard boxes and carefully packed with wood shavings for protection.
