The company Apicoltura Lo Conte was established in 2017, in Rapolano Terme, from Ivan's great passion: specialising in the production of honey from the Sienese hills.
The company is constantly growing and, also thanks to the updating of bee-keeping techniques, we are increasing the number of families, making them stronger and less sensitive to climate change.
Our small company manages, however, to produce different qualities of honey, pollen and royal jelly from the hives that we carefully place in various areas of the territory.
The choice is to take advantage of the alternation of blooms in the surrounding area, following the development of the hives.
